Your Role
As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in driving Maple’s growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in SaaS sales and make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels to generate qualified leads.
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders.
- Educate prospects about Maple's features and value propositions.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the founders.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with founders to refine messaging and target ideal customer profiles.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and appointments.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM tools.
- Passion for technology and the SaaS industry.
Pay and Benefits
This is a fully remote, full-time position anywhere in Canada. The salary for this position is OTE $60,000 — $80,000 CAD based on experience and performance.
The position includes 3 weeks (15 days) of paid time off, plus 10 additional days for national holidays. You are also free to take additional time off here and there as needed for any reasonable reason, like if you are sick, but also if you need the morning off to take your pet to the vet, or need an afternoon off to drive a loved one to the airport.
At the end of the day all that matters to us is that we are making progress on what we are building together — we are not interested in tracking time.
